Delicious food! The staff were very attentive and friendly. Angie the owner came to our table to chat and kindly provided free dessert due to a birthday at our table. We really enjoyed meeting her! Google walking directions to the restaurant were incorrect, taking us almost two blocks away. In speaking with the owner it sounds like this has been an ongoing challenge for the restaurant. After trying to follow the Google directions we had to ask someone local where it was. But if you can find this restaurant in spite of this, you will really enjoy it!

Quaint little underground restaurant with great vibes. A super sweet young lady sat us (getting kids working young teaches so many life skills!), and our waiter was great. They don’t make their pasta but it was still very good. If you’re looking for a top notch Italian restaurant you might be disappointed, but if you’re seeking the best Italian in Glenwood Springs this is the spot. We look forward to coming back and trying other dishes.

We've visited so many restaurants in Glenwood in the last week. So many restaurants in town were a total let down. Everything from cheap eats to "upscale". This one was hands down the best. The service, food, ambiance were all exceptional. Our waiter Julian was attentive, communicative, and professional. The food was great! We ordered so many different dishes. Appetizers, shrimp scampi, pizza, kids spaghetti, pesto chicken pasta, several desserts, espresso, among other things. All of it was fantastic. No complaints at all. We left happy and full. Great way to end the trip! The new owner was sweet as could be. She checked in on our table several times throughout the meal, and really made us feel welcome. 10/10 We visit Glenwood often, and will surely be back. Thanks!

im super confused by the low ratings here! it sounds like salty people that didn’t get the memo of new ownership, i can understand that frustration. there’s a reason for new ownership and i highly doubt there were promises to maintain the same menu. the new owner is allowed to do whatever they want to! clearly change is hard people!! this is an intimate family owned restaurant (Angie is a compassionate single mom who works day and night btw), a hidden gem, and fulfilling food! Julians recommendation for the Italian sausage was smashing

Super psyched to discover this rad little old school underground Italian joint under the bridge downtown Glenwood. A ambiance and the best damn mushroom soup I’ve ever got to bless my lips with. Apparently the mushrooms are sourced from Poland and the texture & flavor is divine, and the passion and love very evident. The Italian sausage Pomodoro was hearty, filling, delicious and spot on for this hungry winter traveler. While these qualities alone put this restaurant at a five star dining experience for me personally, the Monarch raspberry gin cocktail was supreme and the perfect after dinner drink. Further, and much more importantly, the gregarious and cute new Polish owner/ operator made this experience one for the books. Mad props to the new family that’s taken over this little local jewel. I will be here every opportunity I get and can’t wait to work my way down their straight forward, classic Italian menu. Hope to see you there, but please save me a seat at the bar.

Came here for a birthday dinner. Had the shrimp Alfredo and a glass of wine- after tax and tip I spent about 70, which is steep to me. However, I'd say it was worth it! The atmosphere is very cozy; there's only 25 seats I believe. We didn't have a wait on a Thursday night. Service was great, the food was amazing, and I'd definitely come back if I was ever in town!

Seriously un freakin believable. This place is so good. The new owner Angie is so great and was very personable and concerned about the quality of food. Our server Ellie was one of the best ever!! I had the Alfredo with salmon and my wife had chicken pesto. It was amazing!!! Make sure you come here. Very good, friendly, affordable and fun. Will be back ASAP!!!

We tried the new and improved EuroItalian Underground this weekend, met the new owner Angie, and we were wowed throughout the entire experience. The bread, the large side salad salad, the spaghetti with bolognese sauce, and the tiramasu were all incredible. Truly not a single bite that was not superb the entire evening. The bolognese sauce was the best we've ever had, and the Italian creme in the Tiramasu was to die for- rich, thick, and real. After stuffing our faces with way too much food, we left very full, but not feeling awful. This immediately told me how fresh the products in the food were. Angie's desire to have products both locally sourced and from Europe itself is so impressive. Her food lacks nothing, and is made all in house. She is warm, friendly, and so excited to be a part of the long-standing tradition of the classic Glenwood Springs staple. Go try her food. You will NOT regret it. Days later, we're still talking about how divine everything was!!
